| MOSS GREEN 1967 Ford Mustang Convertible |
 |
This Astor collection car is a Dark Moss Green example of a San Jose California built Mustang Convertible of which only 44,808 were produced during 1967. It is fitted with the very popular Parchment crinkle vinyl bucket seats and a power white fabric convertible top with folding glass rear window. When it was delivered new at South Coast Ford in Laguna Beach, it was well equipped and came with factory air conditioning, plus a very rare AM-FM push-button radio, electric clock and center console. This original mile (42,303) car came with in hood turn signals and custom wheel covers. It is presented as basically an unrestored, well-maintained original car. The exterior and the engine compartment have been freshened with a repaint in the original color. The interior is original, including all the instruments and gauges. The power train is a 289 C code engine with a C-4 automatic transmission with hydraulic four-wheel drum brakes. |
