Service center called an Uber to give me a ride soon as the work was done, but didn't reach out first to make sure someone was ready to receive them. Appointment made for 8:30am but told the vehicle wouldn't be worked on till noon, and was only getting an oil change and tire rotation. Maybe they were understaffed. Otherwise they usually run a smooth operation.
At leased a 2000 expedition and then I bought a 2003 expedition and then I bought a 2010 Explorer… Every experience has been outstanding. That’s why I keep bringing my business back to Rancho Santa Margarita Ford. Now, I’m in the market for another new vehicle, and I’m anticipating great service once again. I also spoke to Elora in service and she is outstanding, Joe too. Thank you so much for everything. I’ll see you soon.

RSM Ford has done a great job servicing my truck. I’ve tried many dealers around South County. They have better pricing, quality technicians, as well as customer services like picking up you vehicle at no extra charge. Our first Ford vehicle was a 1999 Expedition, purchased in North Orange County, but served exclusively by Santa Margarita Ford. They always went out other way to treat us as valued guests and we were always satisfied by the service provided. We purchased a 2023 Maverick hybrid, and have received the same exceptional service, never having to deal with upsells. Should we ever need to purchase another vehicle? We would seriously consider the explorer hybrid and would only purchase one from SM Ford. Thanks to the entire team for consistently exceptional service.

We had a really great experience buying from Santa Margarita Ford. After being told to come back after we get more money from the finance manager from another Ford dealer, and a second dealership left me to help someone else after leaving me to get the keys for a Mach-e I wanted to see. Joseph was a breath of fresh air(as the saying goes). Santa Margarita had impeccable customer service. Hands down, without a doubt we would recommend them to anyone looking for a new Ford vehicle. Ali was hands down one of the best salesmen I’ve worked with. Being around the same age made the whole process feel super comfortable and real — no pressure, no games. If I had a question and he didn’t know the answer right away, he’d actually go figure it out and get me the information I needed instead of brushing it off. Overall great service experience! Had my company vehicle serviced here even though its a little out of the way for me. Jorge was my service advisor and helped with coordinating two Lyft rides (one going home and one back to pick up the vehicle). Appointment scheduling was extremely easy and fit my schedule and quick turnaround on getting the service done.

He is honest and he is great at taking care of me and my car. they provide me an uber to bring me to my apt. and an uber to pick me up to take me back to the service dept. Ask for Miguel to be your service advisor. You can be assured of a 5-star service from him.

This time again Miguel was the service advisor that helped me, he is a very professional, efficient, and courteous gentleman. For a Dealership, their prices are reasonable and fair. If you are a regular they send you coupons and discounts. Approaching the 100000 miles, they gave me a diagnostic and estimations for a tuneup and other works needed.
