The service was efficient and our advisor, Dana, was great! She negotiated a better price for us and her communication was great! She even arranged an uber to pick me up in San Juan Capistrano! My car was nice and clean (inside and out) when I picked it up!
Justin my salesman was great, no preasure and was actually very knowledgeable about what he is selling. Im a car guy and knew exactly what I wanted and he listened and delivered. I payed cash so Finance was quick and easy. Price was much more than fair and no hard sell on upgrades. They even gave me some extras without asking. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I can’t tell you what a pleasant experience this was! We walked in just to see their inventory of Mavericks and ended up buying on the spot. We were in and out within a couple hours, test drive and all! Everyone is great and they even let us bring out giant German Shepherd. They promised to get some dog treats next time! Customer service was not 100%, which could've been better for a car dealership. Normally, I get greeted right off the back but we didn't. My experience with SM Ford was excellent. I found the perfect truck at a great price, and the SM staff were helpful and kept the process moving - even during a very busy weekend. Our salesman, Wyatt Wittman was excellent - and helped with follow up questions on the vehicle, even up to a week later.

Service center called an Uber to give me a ride soon as the work was done, but didn't reach out first to make sure someone was ready to receive them. Appointment made for 8:30am but told the vehicle wouldn't be worked on till noon, and was only getting an oil change and tire rotation. Maybe they were understaffed. Otherwise they usually run a smooth operation.
At leased a 2000 expedition and then I bought a 2003 expedition and then I bought a 2010 Explorer… Every experience has been outstanding. That’s why I keep bringing my business back to Rancho Santa Margarita Ford. Now, I’m in the market for another new vehicle, and I’m anticipating great service once again. Our first Ford vehicle was a 1999 Expedition, purchased in North Orange County, but served exclusively by Santa Margarita Ford. They always went out other way to treat us as valued guests and we were always satisfied by the service provided. We purchased a 2023 Maverick hybrid, and have received the same exceptional service, never having to deal with upsells. Should we ever need to purchase another vehicle? We would seriously consider the explorer hybrid and would only purchase one from SM Ford. Thanks to the entire team for consistently exceptional service.

After being told to come back after we get more money from the finance manager from another Ford dealer, and a second dealership left me to help someone else after leaving me to get the keys for a Mach-e I wanted to see.
