The atmosphere at the dealership is very inviting, Matt was not pushy and did everything to come to a good deal. Other than a few minor speed-bumps the deal went very smooth. By far one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have made and I would definitely recommend someone to this dealership.

Sal was on it. It took a bit longer than expected but after the second day, they checked to see if there was a bulletin on my rear wiper and there was. I was ready to furnish videos of the intermittent wiper arm stuttering but it wasn't asked for until the next day. Could've saved us a day being without a car. Not Sal's fault. I had the experience to work with Clare for my oil change. She was efficient kept me in the loop as I waited for my vehicle. Very friendly and courteous!
Clare is a excellent service rep, she gets the work done fast and professional. The car was repaired and washed on time.
The service on my vehicle is always done efficiently. I schedule early appointments (7 AM) and the wait time is never more than 1 1/2 hours. The service advisors explain everything clearly and I can call with questions as needed between regular maintenance service.

I took my vehicle in for a Explorer recall check up and oil change/tire rotation. They are always curtious and efficient. They provided a Lyft drive back to my house. They were complete about the time they stated and they also washed my car. The price for the oil change and multipoint inspection was under $100, but as I mentioned, included a Lyft drive and car wash: so that is reasonable. Their estimate was very accurate and then asked me if I would like the car washed! They did a very nice job on washing the car, but of course it immediately rained when I let the dealership! Sal in the service department is an asset to RSM Ford he is knowledgeable, efficient, and has excellent customer service. On 2 occasions he reached out to me to update me on the status of my vehicle before I was going to call and check on it. I was quoted that a loaner would be a long wait and Sal got me one in 2 days, he under promises and over delivers. Excellent thanks Sal.

Santa Margarita Ford posted an extremely competitive price (fleet price?) on their website and they honored it even though it was not intentional. It is rare to find integrity like that today. Icing on the cake is the extremely professional staff that worked great as a team and made the buying experience a pleasure.
