Suggesting to dress well and maintain a high-profile appearance. The salesperson was friendly and knowledgeable, but didn’t allow me to test drive the Raptor. They wanted to complete all the paperwork before the test drive, which refused. In the end, I bought a Ford from another dealership—though, looking back, I regret not getting that Raptor. It really was a great truck.

Jorge was the service adviser and he was great. Did all of the work needed and kept us informed of everything.

I was in the market for a new SUV and found a few that I liked at Santa Margarita Ford. Wyatt helped me through the whole process, he was extremely helpful and patient. Been having issues with my 2022 powerboost EV hybrid battery twice now.. Kills the vehicle and will not start until it sits for 35 to 45 minutes. It was in the shop both times for a week and they hooked me up with a loaner vehicle hopefully after this second time they found the issue with Software-updates I’m hoping. Service took care of me with the loaner vehicle for the 6 days and took care of a couple recalls on the truck PCM update and rear axle bolts Great customer service from all involved.

Supplied list of concerns to Sal Preciado my go to service advisor, he took care of everything on my list including a noting rattle in my dash. As well the rental/loaner car advisor was very supportive in getting me a loaner so I wouldn’t be unconvinced trying to find a rental car

Robbie Moore is extremely helpful, patient and has the sales job nailed down. Very personable and no pressure at all. He will treat you right and play no games. We ended up going to another dealer that had some special inventory challenges and they were discounting more than RSM, but none the less he should be commended for doing his job very well!

Advisers Sal and Justin are great! No xx from them and straight to the point. They don’t push repairs and will tell you if something can wait. I drive from Corona to Santa Margarita Ford passing other Ford dealerships because of my comfort with these guys. Highly recommend!

Great experience for the most part. Little feedback, the power steering assist feature went out with less than 4 days of ownership. Had to bring the truck to another dealer to diagnose, called RSM Ford and no one called me back after leaving a VM for sales.
