Great experience for the most part. Little feedback, the power steering assist feature went out with less than 4 days of ownership. Had to bring the truck to another dealer to diagnose, called RSM Ford and no one called me back after leaving a VM for sales.

I was looking for a 4 runner and went to RSM Toyota. They didn't have any. I decided to look at a Bronco Sport @ RSM Ford and they had a 4 runner there. It was exactly what I was looking for and the price was right! They were more than fair with the trade-in I had. No hard sales or pushy sales people. The salesman Vinnie was excellent. I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime and this was by far the easiest. The finance guy, Dave was very helpful answering my questions about extended warranty. I highly recommend RSM Ford.

Fredy Campos handled my concerns and there were 3 warranty issues along with the 15K service and alignment on my 2023 F-150. The service department is easy to schedule with (online, over the phone, or through the FordPass app) and always takes great care of me and my vehicle. Friendly staff, and attentive. I could not give them 5 stars though because the cost was 10% more than what I was told and included a $5.99 charge for washer fluid I know I didn't need. I think the customer should be asked up front about these charges, as small as they might be. Either way, Jacob was very nice and polite and so was his counter part, which took the payment, she was also very nice.

Never had a bad experience at Santa Margarita Ford, and yesterday’s 5K service for my 2023 F-150 was no different. Easy appointment to book, my truck was done as a waiter, I always double check for leaks, oil residue and level on the dipstick- spot on. I have used SM Ford since December of 1998, purchasing an Eddie Bauer Explorer and having this maintained by them until 2004, then after purchasing a Roush Mustang in Dec of 2007, they have taken excellent care of my supercharged Roush 427r since. This last visit when I drove out of the lot my engine sounded like it was 2007 all over again. Thanks for the great service and mechanics at this location.
